- Generally made in 2 or 3 sections that stack up together to conserve space.
- More cost effective as they are designed to attach directly to the attic floor joists with hinges.
- Generally operated by pulling the two stacked sections down and sliding the lower section to meet the floor.
- Light in weight, compact and easy to use.
- Normally made of aluminium.
An attic ladder can be the easiest and most convenient way to store, remove things in your attic and access you attic regularly. Make sure to run a check on the different types of ladders available, materials, size required, space you have etc before actually going and purchasing one.
